What the app stores
Meeting names, markers, typed details, and optional voice notes are stored in your browser’s IndexedDB on this device. Your license token and its latest verification result are stored in localStorage. We do not receive your meeting content.
Microphone access
The app asks for microphone permission only after you choose “Add 10-sec voice note.” Recording stops when you press stop or after ten seconds. There is no ambient recording, background listening, transcription, or speaker identification.
Network requests
The app can run offline after it is cached. If you enter or receive a Field Edition license, the token is sent to the Sociobot billing API to verify that it is active. Checkout is hosted by Sociobot/Dodo, the merchant of record, and their policies apply to payment details. This app includes no analytics, advertising, trackers, remote fonts, or third-party scripts.
Your control
You can export a JSON backup or CSV recall card at any time. You can delete individual meetings in the Archive. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes all local meeting data, voice notes, and the stored license from this device.
